Refund policy

Shopping for shades should be fun and stress-free, babe. If your new sunnies aren’t giving main-character energy, here’s how we can help.


💋 30-Day Change-of-Mind Returns

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original packaging (including case, inserts, cloth)
  • With tags attached (if applicable)

Please keep your order confirmation or receipt handy.


📩 How to Start a Return

  1. Submit a request via our Contact page and include your order number and reason for return.
  2. If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid label option.
  3. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

🚚 Return Postage Costs

Change-of-mind returns: You may use your own postage, or request a prepaid label (the label cost will be deducted from your refund).

Faulty or incorrect items: We cover the return postage.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.


💔 Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us promptly via our Contact page if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

For transit damage, include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.


🔁 Exchanges

If you’d prefer a different style or colour, the fastest option is to return the item and place a new order once your return is approved.


⛔ Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

  • Items that are worn, scratched, modified, or missing original packaging/components
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items

💳 Refunds

We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to release the funds.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please submit a request via our Contact page and include your order number.


⚖️ Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty items or items not as described.


🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
