✨ Dispatch Times

We pack and dispatch all orders within 24–48 business hours from our Melbourne HQ.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation with your tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

During peak periods (sales, holidays, new drops), dispatch may take a little longer.


🇦🇺 Shipping Within Australia

We ship with Australia Post.

Standard Shipping

  • $9.99 AUD
  • Estimated delivery:
    • 2–4 business days within the same state
    • 3–6 business days interstate

Express Shipping

  • $14.99 AUD
  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days (metro)

Free Standard Shipping

Available on orders over $100 AUD or 2+ pairs.

PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers are accepted.


🌍 International Shipping

We ship worldwide from our Melbourne HQ, including Australia, the United States, the United Kingdom, New Zealand and Canada.

Delivery Timeframes

  • United States: 5–9 business days
  • United Kingdom: 4–7 business days
  • New Zealand: 4–7 business days
  • Canada: 7–11 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout in your local currency.

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders, including 2+ pairs in most regions.

Other International Destinations

  • Standard International: $12.99 AUD
  • Express International: $22.99 AUD

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.


📦 Tracking Your Order

A tracking link will be sent once your order has shipped. If you can’t find it, check your spam folder or submit a request via our Contact page and include your order number.


🛃 Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Import taxes, customs fees or duties may apply depending on your country’s rules. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in your order total.


🚫 Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re unable to update addresses once your order has been dispatched.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional postage may apply.


📮 Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order is with the carrier, delivery times are outside our control — but don’t worry babe, we’re here to help.

If your parcel seems delayed or lost, submit a request via our Contact page and include your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
